The kitchen of a four-star hotel planned its menus on paper and spreadsheets. I built a web tool that centralises dishes, menus and events — and prints the menu ready for the dining room.

Hi, I'm Bogdan.

Software developer based in Padua, Italy. I study Computer Engineering at the University of Padua and spend my days between code, design and AI automation.

I started programming at ITI Severi (IT diploma, 90/100) and never stopped. Today I work as an analyst-developer: I analyse processes, design the features, craft the interface in Figma and see the build through to delivery.

Along the way I have built web apps for Svapna S.r.l., worked as a web developer in an agency and won a merit-based Erasmus+ placement in Dublin. What drives me is simple: building digital tools people genuinely need — and taking away the work a machine can do better.

What does optimising business processes with AI actually mean?

It means finding the repetitive tasks that eat hours of your team's week — reading documents, re-typing data, hunting for information, triaging requests, writing standard replies — and handing them to software powered by AI models. The result is not a generic chatbot, but a tool built into the processes you already run every day.

Do you need to be a large company to use AI?

No. AI automation is now within reach of small businesses, professional practices and local companies, because you pay per use and start from a single process. The first project usually targets one repetitive task and pays for itself within weeks of saved time.

Is my company data safe?

Yes. I design automations around providers that do not train their models on your data, send the models only the information strictly required, and keep company data in databases under your control, hosted in Europe. Every project is set up to comply with the GDPR — the rules applied to this site are in the Privacy Policy.

How much does an AI automation project cost?

It depends on the process being automated and the systems it has to talk to. The first step is always a free analysis: we look at the workflow together, I estimate the hours you can recover and give you a clear fixed-price quote with no surprise costs.

How long before I see results?

A focused automation of a single process usually takes two to four weeks, prototype included. Larger projects, such as custom business software with AI built in, are delivered in phases, starting with the module that pays off first.

Will AI replace the people who work with me?

No — it replaces the boring part of their job. Automations copy data, retrieve information and prepare drafts; decisions stay with people, who spend their time on higher-value work. Every automation keeps a human check wherever a mistake would have consequences.

Do you still build websites and business software without AI?

Of course. Custom websites, redesigns and management tools are still part of the work: AI is added where it brings a concrete advantage, not by default. Many projects start with a website or an internal tool and add automation later.

Do you only work with clients in Italy?

I am based in Padua and happy to meet clients in the Veneto region in person, but I work remotely with companies across Italy and abroad, in both Italian and English.
