Privacy Policy

Notice provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. Last updated: 24 June 2026. This is a courtesy translation; in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

This notice describes how the personal data of users who visit this site or contact the Controller is processed. The site is a professional showcase: it does not sell products online and does not require registration.

1. Data controller

For any request concerning the processing of your data, you can write to the email address above.

2. What data is processed

• Contact details you provide voluntarily. When you write by email, call or contact me via WhatsApp, the data you choose to share is processed: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Technical browsing data. Like any website, the hosting provider may record server logs for technical and security purposes (for example IP address, date and time of the request, browser type). This data is not used to profile you.

This site uses no profiling cookies, no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and no tracking pixels. Typefaces are hosted on the site's own server (self-hosted), so simply visiting the site sends no requests to Google Fonts or other third-party services. See also the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries and providing quotes — legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and your consent expressed by contacting me (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Ensuring the security and correct operation of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Complying with any applicable legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Whether providing data is mandatory

Providing your contact details is optional. However, without them it is not possible to reply to you or send you a quote.

5. How data is processed

Data is processed using electronic tools, with technical and organisational security measures appropriate to prevent loss, unlawful or unauthorised use and unauthorised access.

6. Recipients of the data

Your data is neither disclosed publicly nor sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed on my behalf, as data processors, by technical service providers such as the hosting provider and the email service.

If you choose to get in touch via WhatsApp, the conversation is also handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy policy; that choice is voluntary and may involve processing outside the European Union under the safeguards adopted by Meta. To avoid this, you can always contact me by email or phone.

7. Transfers outside the EU

The site and its components do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. A transfer can only occur if you independently decide to use WhatsApp, as described in section 6.

8. Retention period

Contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship arising from it, and afterwards for as long as required by law. Once those periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

As a data subject you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time:

• access to your personal data;
• rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
• erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”);
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing;
• data portability;
• withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal.

10. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

11. Changes to this notice

The Controller may update this notice to reflect changes in legislation or in how the site works. The current version is always published on this page, with its date.
